{"id":221,"date":"2026-07-10T17:17:47","date_gmt":"2026-07-10T14:17:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zatvor-za-komisiyata-po-finansov-teror.com\/right-of-reply\/"},"modified":"2026-07-13T08:40:23","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T05:40:23","slug":"right-of-reply","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zatvor-za-komisiyata-po-finansov-teror.com\/en\/right-of-reply\/","title":{"rendered":"Right of Reply"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Statement from the office of Mr. Tihomir Kamenov, Founder of DallBogg and representative of the shareholders<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New York\u2013Zurich\u2013Sofia<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In response to a statement issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) to the media today, as well as the insinuations and false claims made therein, we wish to clarify the following: <\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Since the FSC-appointed special administrators took over ZAD DallBogg: Life and Health, no rent has been paid to date, despite repeated requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From June 9 of this year to the present, hundreds of claims have been processed by DallBogg\u2019s experts but are being deliberately withheld by the FSC-appointed special administrators, despite the availability of funds in the company\u2019s accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cObjective\u201d reasons given for the non-payment of claims to date have included \u201corganizational, financial, and personnel chaos\u201d; now \u201cthe office relocation\u201d has been added to the list\u2014but not the sporadic visits by the FSC-appointed special administrators, who have made no even minimal effort to organize the employees\u2019 work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The revocation of the license, touted as \u201ca measure to protect the interests of policyholders,\u201d is not in the interest of citizens and the company\u2019s customers, but rather serves to delay, drag out, and fail to address the claims and complaints that have been filed.
