This has now been the case for one year following a specific amendment to the Insurance Code.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Never before has a regulator blocked the registration of an insurer&#8217;s capital increase \u2014 whether small or record-breaking in size.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Never before has a regulator organized, through unlawful interference in the work of other state authorities, the obstruction of an insurer&#8217;s operations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Never before has a financial regulator organized a cartel to artificially increase the prices of compulsory insurance through coercive measures aimed at suppressing competition and suffocating a particular insurer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Never before has a regulator devalued an insurer&#8217;s assets on a large scale through alleged unlawful pressure on a dependent appraiser.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Never before has a regulator secretly and in a brutally manipulative, malicious and harmful manner changed its own forecast of an insurer&#8217;s technical reserves for the next <strong>10 years (!)<\/strong>\u2014particularly when the insurer has had no sales for an entire year.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Never before has any other insurer been subjected for so long, so destructively and so harshly to coercive measures with immediate effect and an unstoppable harmful impact.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Never before has a regulator spread and relied so extensively on rumours, fears, forecasts and manipulations as it has over the past year against DallBogg\u2014all of which have collapsed, failed, or are on the verge of failing.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The gang carrying out the plunder within the FSC issued an ultimatum on 17 April, two days before the elections: &#8220;Either you hand over DallBogg to us, or we will force it into bankruptcy.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Prosecutor&#8217;s Office has awakened!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Before Golemanski (GERB) and Danailov (ITN), the regulator, despite its enormous unchecked powers, had never imposed an indefinite suspension on the sale of an insurer&#8217;s products.
